Terms of Service

1. The agreement

By signing up for a Vyrant plan or starting a free trial you (“Subscriber”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t subscribe.

2. The service

Vyrant provides access to live channel streaming and on-demand video content. Channel lineup and availability may change without notice as licensing arrangements evolve.

3. Plans and payments

• All plans are prepaid for the term you select (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
• Plans do not auto-renew. When the term ends, access pauses unless you purchase a new term.
• Pricing is shown in CAD. You may see currency conversion on your bank or PayPal statement.

4. Free trial

The 24-hour free trial requires only an email. No credit card is collected and nothing is charged when the trial ends.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell or sublicense the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, share credentials beyond the simultaneous-stream limit on your plan, or use the service for any illegal purpose. Account sharing in violation of these limits may result in suspension without refund.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Service availability

We target 99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If our uptime falls below 99% in a given calendar month, your following month is free upon request.

8. Content responsibility

Vyrant is a delivery platform. We do not produce the channels and programs we stream — those remain the property of their respective rights-holders. Subscribers are responsible for complying with their local laws regarding consumption of streamed content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms (e.g. fraud, credential abuse, illegal activity). You may stop using the service at any time — see “Plans and payments” above.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
