Vyrant (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and the Vyrant streaming service. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, country, and the password you create.
Payment data: handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors — we never see or store your card details.
Usage data: device type, IP address, and timestamps required to deliver the service and prevent abuse.
Support data: messages you send us via email or WhatsApp.

3. Why we collect it

To deliver the service you paid for.
To send service messages (receipt, renewal reminders, security alerts).
To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
To respond to your support requests.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum amount of data necessary with: payment processors (to charge you), our streaming infrastructure providers (to deliver the service), and email providers (to send you messages). We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to attribute partner referrals. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels for marketing.

6. Data retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 12 months after expiry, then deleted. Payment-related records are retained as long as legally required (typically 7 years for tax purposes).

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@vyrant.tv. We respond within 30 days.
