Refund Policy

The short version
Full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions, no fees.
1. The 7-day money-back guarantee
Every paid Vyrant plan is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with the service for any reason in your first week, email support@vyrant.tv with your order number and we will refund the full amount you paid us — usually within one business day.
2. What’s covered
- Buffering issues that we cannot resolve via support.
- Missing channels or content not matching expectations.
- Compatibility issues with your device.
- Simply changing your mind.
3. What’s not covered
- Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window.
- Accounts terminated for terms-of-service violations (credential abuse, fraud, illegal use).
- Add-on services purchased separately (if any).
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@vyrant.tv with subject “Refund request”.
- Include your order number (in your purchase confirmation email).
- Tell us briefly why — we use this to improve the product, not to argue.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. PayPal and card refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days. Crypto refunds: we send back the equivalent amount in the same currency at the prevailing rate.
5. After 7 days
Past the 7-day window we cannot process refunds for change of mind. However, your subscription stays active for the full term you paid for — and our support team is always available to help you get the most out of it.
