How do I set up Vyrant on my Firestick?

Open the app store on Firestick โ†’ install “Smart Player” or your preferred player โ†’ enter the credentials we emailed. Full 3-minute video walkthrough is in your welcome email. Stuck? WhatsApp us screenshots and we’ll do it live.

My stream is buffering โ€” what should I check?

Run a speed test (fast.com). You need at least 25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps for 4K. If you’re seeing buffering with adequate speed, try switching to our EU server โ€” settings โ†’ server โ†’ EU-West. Still bad? WhatsApp us your log and we’ll diagnose.

Can I use Vyrant abroad?

Yes โ€” your subscription travels with you. Some local channel availability varies by region due to licensing, but the core 120,000+ catalog is available worldwide.

How do I cancel?

There’s nothing to cancel โ€” Vyrant is prepaid. When your term ends, access pauses unless you choose to renew. No auto-debit, no surprise charges.

How do I request a refund?

Email support@vyrant.tv within 7 days of your purchase with your order number. We process refunds the same business day, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy.

I bought 5 devices but only one works. Why?

The 5-device plan uses 5 simultaneous-stream credentials โ€” you log in with the same email/password on up to 5 devices and all 5 can stream at the same time. If you’re seeing a “max devices reached” error, WhatsApp us and we’ll reset your sessions instantly.

How do I upgrade to a longer plan?

Just buy the new plan from the pricing page. Your current access stays active until its end date โ€” we then add the new term on top. No action needed from you to “merge” the plans.

Why do I need an EPG / TV guide?

The EPG (electronic program guide) tells your player what’s on each channel and when. Vyrant ships a built-in EPG for every channel โ€” you’ll see it automatically inside any compatible player.

My order was approved but no email arrived. Help?

Check your spam folder first โ€” about 15% of welcome emails land there. If it’s not there, WhatsApp us your order number and we’ll resend immediately.

Can I switch from one device to another?

Yes โ€” log out on device A, log in on device B. Your subscription isn’t device-locked. The standard plans allow one simultaneous stream; the 5-device plan allows five.
